ABT -Abdominals, Buttocks and Thighs

Blitz your body with a variety of Lower Body/midsection strength movements. The Cardio component will help increase fitness, while reshaping and toning the body - (60min)

Interval Athletic Training

Resistance and cardio based workout targeting the full body for functional, athletic fitness. Interval training will get your heart pumping. Your endorphins racing and leave you feeling invigorated while getting results. (60mins)

StrongFIT

This class is what it says. Want to get stronger, build more lean muscle mass, improve power, corodination and endurance, then StrongFIT is for you.

Using a variety of equipment including Suspension straps, ViPRs, Kettlebell, Dumbbells, Barbells, Bands and Balls. This will create a stronger YOU.

20/20/20

20 minutes of Cardio, 20 minutes of weight training, 20 minutes of floor work. For all fitness levels. A great way to start your day

Strength and Conditioning Circuit

Strong Friday is a weights based workout to target the full body and increase strength and endurance. Leaving you feeling invigorated and conditioned. (60 mins)

MetaPWR

A 30-minute, metabolic resistance workout, combining bodyweight and weighted compound exercises with little rest to maximize calorie burn and increase the metabolic rate during and after the workout.

MetaPWR uses large muscle groups mainly compound exercises which are movements that require a maximum amount of energy because multiple joints are involved like a Squat with a Press.

Resistance Band Toning

Total body toning circuit using resistance bands. More versatile than free weights, more intensity than a bodyweight circuit - resistance bands offer us a unique way to tone our entire body. Improve muscle strength and balance, promote flexibility and improve posture and muscle tone.

Booty Fit

Concentrating on your core and booty this class will strengthen and tone these areas in no time.

Spin

High energy early morning spin class. Hit your heights with an experienced instructor and a great soundtrack.

Zumba

Everybody and Every Body! Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together. Zumba combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness. (60 mins)

Box Fit

Boxfit is a fat burning, cardiovascular, strength and toning workout. It is based on the training used for boxing so it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal workouts - all focusing on fitness and toning. It’s all about working up a sweat and toning those muscles.

Steady Steps

This is a fall prevention program aimed at our older adults. Focusing on vitality, functional movement, strength, balance, and coordination, this class will keep your body moving at its best, and having fun at the same time.

Enduro Fit

Take your circuit training to the next level. Endurofit consists of 10 rounds of a solid 3 minutes work phase- combining cardio, strength and boxing fitness. Test your fitness, test your stamina and still have fun!

Think Fitness is the newest Cairns Gym and is able to provide a wide range of services to our members, regardless of what type of training they are looking for. Think Fitness is a Cairns 24 Hour Gym that is located on Sheridan Street, about a 3 minute drive from the CBD. We provide a range of services including Cairns Fitness Classes to help keep our members motivated and on target to achieve their fitness goals. We are also one of the few businesses in the region who are accredited as one of Cairns Fitness Passport Gyms meaning there are many rewards on offer to our patrons. The good thing about Think Fitness is that we do not lock our clients into contracts with our Cairns Gym Memberships being available on a month by month basis, meaning you can cancel at any time.
